A user receives automated e-mails from AppicalNow to stimulate him or her to log in and use the app. An administrator can decide wether these emails will be send from AppicalNow or not. These emails are meant as a reminder and to motivate. It's not possible to edit the text in these emails. 

In the example you will see words like *IFNAMEI|*. These have the following meanings:

*IFNAMEI* = This will be replaced with the first name of the person that receives the email.
*ICOMPANYI* =  This will be replaced with the company's name.
*ICOURSEI* = This will be replaced with the name of the course.
*IUSERNAMEI* =  This will be replaced with the name of the user. For example: The name of the user that has send a chat message.
*IMESSAGEI* = This will be replaced with the message that a user has send through the chat.

Below you will find an oversight of all the emails.

At course settings you can choose which emails will be send and which not. This tutorial will show you how to do this.

Invite email
A user will receive this mail once he or she is added at User Management in the editor and the option 'Send Invite - an email will be sent to your new hires' is selected. 

Welcome email
A user will receive this mail once he or she has created a password. If the user clicks on 'Start the web app' he or she will be directed to the AppicalNow Player in their browser. It's possible to download the app too by clicking one of the buttons (Google Playstore or Apple App Store). 

Didn't log in yet email
A user will receive this mail if he or she is invited for a course but did't log in yet. It's possible to set the amount of days before this email will be sent at 'Course Options'. 

Forgot Password Mail
A user will receive this mail after clicking on 'Forgot Password' at the log in screen and filling in their email address.

'You're falling behind' email
A user will receive this mail when he or she is falling behind with the progress of a course. It's possible to enable or disable the 'Course Completion Reminder' at Course Options. If enabled, it's possible to pick 3 points when this email will be sent. 

New Story Available Mail
A user will receive this mail whenever a new story is added to a course that he or she is assigned to.

New Course Available Mail
A user will receive this mail once he or she is assigned to a new course.

Course Completed Mail
A user will receive this mail once he or she has completed a course. Note: this is based on progress and not on score. A user can complete a course with any score. 

New Chat Message Mail
A user will receive this mail once he or she has received a chat message in AppicalNow. The mail shows the sender and the message itself.

Before Your First Day Mail
A user will receive this mail one day before his or her first day. This depends on the 'First Day' in a users' profile.
