In this tutorial you will learn how to add an Info Spot page.
The Info Spot page allows you to provide a portion of an image with additional information. The sections of information are displayed in the image using a light gray layer. Clicking on the image (tablet) or hovering over it with the mouse will show the user information. This can be very useful with images of a map. Certain spots may be added to designate locations.
*We recommend to use Google Chrome to ensure an optimal experience when using AppicalNow.

Step 9. Pages are set to ‘live’ by default but can be set to draft. Draft pages can be very helpful when you’re working on a page while new hires are already using AppicalNow. Click on 'Live' and select 'Draft' to change te setting.
Step 10. To upload an image that is shown to users that use AppicalNow on a desktop or tablet. Click on 'Choose Image' at 'Choose desktop/tablet image' and navigate to the picture on your device. Select the image and click on 'open'. Ideally, that this image is 880 pixels in width and 460 pixels in height. Otherwise the picture will not be displayed correctly.
Make sure you upload an image that is shown to users that use AppicalNow on a smartphone too. Click on 'Choose Image' at 'Choose mobile image' and follow the same steps as above. Ideally, this image is 310 pixels in width and 290 pixels in width.
If you upload an image that is not 880 pixels in height and 460 pixels in width or 310 pixels in width and 290 pixels in width, it's possible to crop the image that you have uploaded. To crop an image, click on 'Crop Image' after uploading an image and click on the crop-button (see image below).
Draw a square with the tool to make a selection. If you selected the area that you want to use, click on the green ✔ button. And click on 'save' to use it.
Write the text that goes with the image in this text field that appears when you successfully uploaded an image.
Step 11. If a user clicks on the info button at this page they will see the text that you write in the text field underneath 'Info Button'. Use this to give the users more information on the question or the subject.
Amazing! You now know how to add an Info Spot page!
