In this tutorial you will learn how to create a report for a single user.
Reporting can be a powerful tool, if you know what you're looking for!
Instead of creating reports for one course at a time, it's also possible to select several courses. You can switch between the reports easily by clicking tabs or create a PDF that contains all selected courses.
There are two different types of single user reports.
- Detailed: a detailed report basically contains all information we have about a user. The report includes; the user's personal details, progress, score, essay answers, photo's, evaluations and given answers.
- Summary: a summary report contains; user personal details, progress, score and evaluations.

Step 1. Click on ‘Reporting’ in the menu
Step 2. Navigate to Single New Hire and click on ‘Select’
Step 3. Type the name of the user in the search bar and select the user that you want to create a report on.
Step 4. Select the course
Step 5. Click on ‘Generate’ to create a report. It will show the report in the field below.
If you have selected more than one course, simply click on the tab with the course name in it to show the data from that course.
Step 6. If you want the report as a PDF file, simply click on ‘Export to PDF’.
Oh yeah! You've just created a single user report!
