Overview

In addition to the standard roles available in the invitation list, Appical offers more specialised roles. These roles are designed to give more specific control over user permissions, particularly in environments where there is a need to manage sensitive data and content.

Example:

The Editor role allows users to manage user accounts, edit content, generate reports, and update manager toolkit information. However, in some cases, you may want someone to focus specifically on content management without granting access to sensitive data like names and email addresses. This is where roles like Content Manager and User + Content come in.

Types of additional roles

Content Managers

This role is limited to editing and managing content only. A Content Manager cannot view or interact with user management and reports. This is ideal when you want someone to focus solely on content creation and management, without exposing sensitive information.

User + Content

The User + Content role in AppicalNow allows users to manage both users and content, providing them with extended permissions. This role is ideal for individuals who need access to both user management and content editing functions.so that they can send invites to new hires, manage user roles and permissions, and edit content within the platform.
