Sometimes, you need to completely remove a user from the system, including all of their data. Without the proper method, data may remain in the system unnecessarily.
By fully deleting a user, you erase all associated data, ensuring no lingering records remain in the system. This is useful when you need to permanently remove someone’s account and data for compliance or system clean-up.
Steps to delete a user
Follow these steps to completely delete a user from the system:
→ Go to User Management and search user
Start by navigating to User Management in the menu.
In the search field, type the user’s name or email address.
→ Select the user and delete the user
Click on the user's details to select them.
Click on the three dots menu next to the user's name.
On the right side, click 'Delete Users'.
If you’re sure about permanently deleting the user, click 'Delete Anyway'.
