Overview

Sorting stories allows you to reorganise the structure of a course to ensure the learning flow makes sense and aligns with the course objectives. For example, if you've added a new story to a course with multiple chapters and pages, sorting lets you place the new content precisely where it fits best, without needing to rebuild the course layout.

Example
Imagine you’ve set up an onboarding course with three stories: "Company Introduction," "Policies," and "Meet the Team." After creating these, you realize "Meet the Team" should come before "Policies" to better suit the flow of the course. You can easily rearrange the order by dragging the stories into the desired position.

Steps to sort stories

β†’ Access the Course Editor

In the left-hand menu, click on 'Courses' and select 'Editor' in the bottom left corner of the course you wish to organise.

β†’ Drag and Drop Stories

Click on a story, drag it to the desired position within the list, and drop it to set its new order.
