Overview

Sometimes during course creation, you may realise that a page would be more effective in a different chapter, either for clarity, logical flow, or content structure. Reorganising your pages without having to recreate them from scratch can save you time and effort. AppicalNow allows you to move a page to another chapter, ensuring that your course remains organised and intuitive for users.

Example
For example, if you've created a page called “Company History” within the “Company Values” chapter, but later decide it fits better in the “Introduction” chapter, you can easily move it without re-creating the page.

Steps to Move a Page to Another Chapter

→ Access Course

  1. In the left-side menu, click on ‘Courses’ to open your course library.

  2. Locate the course that contains the page you want to move. Click ‘Editor’ in the bottom left corner of the course to begin editing.

→ Open the story & find the chapter

  1. Within the course, navigate to the story where the page is located. Click ‘View’ to open the story details.

  2. In the story, locate the chapter containing the page you want to move.

→ Open the Page Options

  1. Click on the three dots (⋮) beside it to open the page options menu and click on 'Move'.

  2. In the dropdown, pick the new chapter you’d like to move it to. Confirm your selection by clicking on 'Move'.
