📌 For best performance, we recommend using Google Chrome with AppicalNow.

Overview

Adding an image page in your course allows you to share visual content alongside optional text. This format is ideal for displaying photos or images that enhance your course content.

📌 Important Note

To ensure high-quality visuals and smooth functionality for your image page, Appical recommends the following:

  • Supported Formats: Use .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG, or .GIF for optimal compatibility and performance across devices.

  • Image Dimensions: Aim for a 16:9 aspect ratio. Images with different dimensions may display improperly or require cropping, which can impact visual clarity. Learn more about it in this article: Image aspect ratio.

  • File Size: Keep images under 2MB. Larger files may result in longer loading times, especially on mobile devices.

  • Resolution: For best display quality, use images with a minimum resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. Lower resolutions may appear pixelated, while overly high resolutions can increase file size unnecessarily.

For optimal display on mobile, upload an image with a 310 x 360 aspect ratio.

Note: If a mobile-specific image isn’t uploaded, the desktop version will automatically adjust to fit the mobile screen.

Crop Image

After uploading, click Crop Image to adjust the display. Use the slider to resize your selection, and click Crop to save.

Info Button Text
Enter text under Info Button for extra context or details. This will be visible to users when they click the info button on the page.

Translation Settings (If Applicable)
