In this tutorial you will learn how to add an Order Video page.

On an Order Video page, it is up to the user to match between the correct answer to the correct video. For example, it is possible to test if the user can drag the correct name to the correct video of a person or a product.

Step 1. Click on ‘Courses’ in the menu on the left.

Step 2. Navigate to the course where you would like to add a new page. Click on the button that says ‘Editor’ the bottom left corner of the desired course.

Step 3. Next, select the story where you want to add a new page.

Step 4. Select the chapter in the menu on the left.

Step 6. Choose ‘Order Video' in the menu on the left and click on the button that says ‘Add page’ in the bottom right corner.

Step 7. Select the desired language and your new Order Video page a name. Click here for a guide on choosing a good name for your page.

Step 8. Pages are set to ‘live’ by default but can be set to draft. Draft pages can be very helpful when you’re working on a page while new hires are already using AppicalNow. Click on 'Live' and select 'Draft' to change te setting.

Step 9. Write the assignment in the text field underneath the title. It has to state clearly what the user has to do. For example: "Match name of the artist to the right image”.

Step 10. To upload a video, click on 'Choose Video' and navigate to the file on your device. Select the video and click on 'open'. This video can have the following extensions: .AVI, .MOV, and .MP4. We recommend keeping the files under 40 MB in total for all videos. If you upload 4 videos at this page, try using 4 videos of about 10 MB each.

Step 11. In the text field below each video, write down the matching text.
To add more answers simply click on 'Add Answer'. You can have a total of 4 answers.

Step 12. Fill in the texts for correct and incorrect answers. Make sure to write in both fields, so the users get the right feedback.

Step 13. If a user clicks on the info button at this page they will see the text that you write in the text field underneath 'Info Button'. Use this to give the users more information on the question or the subject.

Note: At Page Options you are able to configure answer settings and advanced settings. If you click on ‘Answer Settings’ a drop down menu will show 4 options. The first option gives you the ability to set the importance (weight) of this question. The higher the number, the more impact this question will have on the final score of this user.

If you select the checkbox at ‘Provide Feedback’ the user will receive feedback after this question. If not, the user will proceed to the next question without feedback.

If you select the checkbox at ‘Neutral Answer’ the user will not receive a note that the answer is correct or incorrect.They will receive a neutral version instead.

If you select the checkbox at ‘Mandatory Correct Answer’ the user can’t proceed to the the next question until this question is answered correctly.
