In this tutorial you will learn how to add a Text page.

Text pages can contain text only. It’s important to take into account that these texts are written for the web. Use headers, correct punctuation, short sentences, bullet points and hyperlinks in the text. In order to keep the page clear, we recommend not using more than 2 to 3 paragraphs per page. When a text has more than 3 paragraphs, we recommend placing them on a new Text page.

*We recommend to use Google Chrome to ensure an optimal experience when using AppicalNow.

Step 1. Click on ‘Courses’ in the menu on the left.

Step 2. Navigate to the course where you would like to add a new page. Click on the button that says ‘Editor’ the bottom left corner of the desired course.

Step 3. Next, select the story where you want to add a new page.

Step 4. Select the chapter in the menu on the left.

Step 5. Click on the button that says ‘Add page’.

Step 6. Choose ‘Text' in the menu on the left and click on the button that says ‘Add page’ in the bottom right corner.

Step 7. Select the desired language.

Step 8. Give your new Text page a name. Click here for a guide on choosing a good name for your page.

Step 10. Write the text that you want to display in the text field underneath the title. In the image above it's marked with the text 'Type your text here'.

Step 11. If a user clicks on the info button at this page they will see the text that you write in the text field underneath 'Info Button'. Use this to give the users more information on the question or the subject.

Hooray! You now know how to add a Text page!
