In this tutorial, you will learn how to add a Text with Image page to your course.
A Text with Image page is ideal when you want to support your text with an image. The text will be displayed on the left side of the page, while the image will appear on the right side. This layout helps visually engage your audience while providing essential information.
š Important:
āSupported Image Formats: .JPG, .JPEG, .PNG and .GIF
Optimal image ratio: 4:3 or 1:1

Then, click the āEditorā button located in the bottom left corner of the desired course.
ā Choose the Story and Chapter
Select the story where you want to add the new page.
From the left menu, choose the chapter where the new page will be added.
ā Add New Page
Click on the āAdd pageā button.
ā Choose Page Type
In the left menu, select āText with Imageā and then click on the āAdd pageā button in the bottom right corner.

ā Name Your Page
Give your new page a title. For tips on naming your page, click here for a guide.
By default, pages are set to āliveā, but you can set the page to ādraftā if youāre not ready to publish it. Draft pages are helpful if youāre working on the page while new hires are already using AppicalNow. To switch to draft mode, click on āLiveā and select āDraftā.
ā Add Text
Write the content you want to display in the text field below the title. In the image above, this is marked with the text āType your text hereā.
ā Upload Image
To upload an image:
Click āChoose From Libraryā under āChoose desktop/tablet imageā.
Select an image from the Asset Library, or upload a new image using the āUpload to Libraryā button. Learn more about the Asset Library.
ā Add Info Button Text
If you want to provide additional information, use the āInfo Buttonā field. When users click on the info button on this page, they will see the text that you write in the āInfo Buttonā section.
ā Configure Page Options
In the āPage Optionsā section, you can configure answer settings and advanced settings. If you enable the checkbox for āDraft Imageā, this will show a draft version of the image to users.
ā Advanced Page Options
In the āAdvanced Page Optionsā, you can convert your page into another page type. The fields used in the original page (e.g., Title, Explanation, Correct/Incorrect Feedback, and Info Button) will be kept in the converted page, but youāll need to fill in the answer options again.
