Overview

Automated emails are used within the Manager Toolkit in AppicalNow to keep managers and followers informed about their roles and responsibilities. These emails are sent to managers or followers to welcome them, explain their duties, and notify them of specific actions or statuses related to their new hires. Admins have the flexibility to customize the appearance and content of these emails to match the needs of the organisation.

Example

When a new follower is invited to the system, an email can be sent to inform them of their role and guide them on how to proceed with their assigned tasks. This keeps the workflow smooth and ensures that all involved parties are up-to-date on their responsibilities.

Follower Email

Subject: New user invited to |COMPANY| via manager forwarding

Hi |CUSTOM_EMAIL|,

|FORWARDED_MANAGER_NAME| has been invited to the Manager Toolkit via Manager Forwarding by |FORWARDING_MANAGER_NAME|. Please ensure that the new user is assigned the correct preset, if applicable. If you need help, you can check out our support page.

Archived Account Notification

Subject: A follower with users assigned got archived in |COMPANY|
