It’s now possible to select a preset for both ‘Assigning’ and ‘Forwarding’ a new hire, meaning there is more control over the preset that is set for the new account that will be created through ‘Forwarding’ or 'Assigning’ .

Here is a practical example:

Manager A wants to assign a buddy to a new hire, which will be possible by setting “Buddy” under Assign. If the same manager A wants to forward the new hire to Manager B, because manager A is leaving, this can be achieved by adding “Manager” under Forward.
