The welcome message can be adjusted per preset within the Manager Toolkit button in the left menu bar.
When logged in to the Player, the Manager or Buddy, or whoever had that preset assigned, can further customize the Welcome message if they want to.
Also, it can be decided from the Editor if the message should be an email or just a push notification.
Keep in mind that there is a three layer adjustment option:
The default message included by Appical in the Editor.
The customized message in the Editor (see screenshot above).
And the customized message from the Player.
You now also have the ability to skip the manager welcome message and send it at a later stage.
Managers or Buddies can decide to skip the welcome message when accepting a new hire and send it at a later stage instead.
