Filters
Filters can help Managers to quickly get an overview for a set filter. There are currently 3 types of filters:
Start date
This allows managers to quicky see which new hires will be starting in the coming days. For example, selecting 'Coming 7 days' will show all new hires that will be starting within 7 days from now.
Performance
An other option is to filter based on a user's performance. Performance is based on 2 factors:
amount of days since last log-in (the higher the amount of days, the lower the performance score)
whether or not a user has finished a course (completing course will boost performance score)
Selecting 'Need attention' will show all users with a low performance score. 'Excellent' will show users with a high performance score and 'Inactive' will show users with a very poor performance score.
Course status
The last filter is based on a user's course status.
'None started' will show users that didn't start with a course (or courses) yet.
'In progress' shows users that started a course, but didn't finish it.
'Finished' naturally shows users that are finished with a course.
Managers can choose which users they want to follow
The second addition to the Advanced Manager Toolkit allows Managers to choose which new hires they want to follow through a search option. Managers will be able to see all new hires in their organization as of now.
The Basic Manager Toolkit required an Admin/Editor/User Manager to assign a manager to an user.
Push notifications
With the advanced manager toolkit we have also added 2 push notifications:
a push notification when one of the assigned users has finished a course
a push notification when there is an checklist item almost due
View (Photo) Essay answers
The final feature that has been added to the Advanced Manager Toolkit is the ability to see the answers given by users on Essay/Photo Essay pages directly from the app.
Before it was only possible to see the answers in the Reporting section in the Editor or through the Daily Essay Completion emails.
