Overview
Creating reports on groups or multiple users and multiple courses is a powerful feature in AppicalNow. It allows administrators to gain valuable insights into the progress, scores, and activities of specific groups or multiple users, instead of just focusing on individual courses or users.
This feature helps track a wider range of information across different groups and courses, improving data analysis and reporting efficiency.
Reports can be created based on:
Groups: Track the performance of entire groups.
Multiple Users: Generate reports for multiple users across one or more courses.
Multiple Courses: Select and compare data across multiple courses at once.
Tags: Filter data by specific tags within a course.
Steps to Create a group / multiple report
→ Click on ‘Reporting’ in the Menu
Navigate to the Reporting section from the left-hand menu of your AppicalNow dashboard.
→ Navigate to Group/Multiple and Click on ‘Select’
In the Reporting section, choose the Group/Multiple option and click on the Select button to start creating your report.
→ Select the Desired Course or Courses
Choose the course or courses you want to include in your report. You can select more than one course by clicking on each one.
→ Select Users or Groups
For Multiple Users: Use the search bar to find specific users. Select the users you want to include in the report.
For Groups: To report on a group, switch the dropdown menu to Group(s) and select the desired group. If you want to search for a specific group, click on Groups and type the group name in the Search groups field on the right side.
For Tags: If you want to filter by tags, you will need to change the selection to Tag(s). If the selected course contains tags, you will see a Filter Tags button. Click on it to select the tags you want to include in the filter.
→ Click on ‘Generate’ to Create the Report
After selecting the courses, users, groups, or tags, click the Generate button to create your report. The report will appear in the section below, showing the data for the selected options.
Note: If you selected more than one course, you can switch between the courses by clicking on the corresponding course name tab at the top of the report.
→ Export the Report as a PDF
If you want to download the report as a PDF, simply click on Export to PDF. This will generate a downloadable PDF version of the report with all the data you selected.
