Overview

Encountering a white screen when navigating the platform can interrupt your workflow, especially when trying to access important pages or log in. This issue is often related to cached data or browser settings. This guide provides a quick workaround to help you resolve the problem and continue using the platform without delays.

Example: If you try to log in and the screen remains blank, using your browser's Inspect Elements tool to clear site data will restore access and allow you to proceed.

Steps to Resolve the White Page Issue

β†’ Open Inspect Elements

Right-click anywhere on the white screen and select Inspect.

Alternatively:

  • On Mac, press Command + Option + i.

  • On Windows, press F12.

This will open the Inspect side panel in your web browser

β†’ Navigate to the Application Tab

  1. In the Inspect panel, click on the Application tab located in the top menu.

  2. If the Application tab is not visible, click the arrow on the top menu to find hidden tabs.

β†’ Clear Site Data

  1. In the left-hand panel, select Storage.

  2. In the center of the screen, click on the Clear site data button.

β†’ Log In and Accept Cookies

  1. After clearing the site data, log in to the platform again.

  2. Accept the cookies when prompted.

  3. You should now be able to access the page without encountering the white screen issue.
