Filtering your dashboard

The filter tool allows administrators to only see the information they want.

Selecting between courses, groups, tags and a timeframe grants decision makers even more freedom when viewing the data.

Adoption

The Adoption function allows administrators to get an overview over everything considering the new hire.

Next to displaying the total amount of new hires, it grants an overview over the amount of new hires that have logged in, when they logged in and when they logged in in relation to their first day.

Engagement

The “Engagement” report details the progress of the new hires.

Over 6 graphs, the course progress, chapter progress, time spent on chapters and average visits are shown, empowering Human Resources to continuously develop their onboarding experience and help out their new hire if needed.

Evaluation

The Evaluation tab reports a summary of all likert-scale questions answered by new hires in the onboarding program.

With specific scores per question, decision makers can easily see what aspects are outperforming others or which things can be improved.

The overall evaluation of the course compiles the average scores of all questions and allows admins to see a direct reflection of the new hires assessment.

Essay Feed

The essay feed lists all essay answers new hires filled out throughout their onboarding process.
