User Guide: Completing your registration through an email invitation (Open Invite)

This guide will help you complete the process after receiving an Open Invite email to access your onboarding program.

Overview

When you receive an Open Invite email, it provides you with a link to create an account, set up your profile, and get started with the program. By completing the steps below, you will set up your personal login credentials and gain access to the platform, allowing you to fully participate in the program.


Steps to Complete the Open Invite

→ Click on the Link in the Email

Once you’ve received the invitation email, click on the button on the bottom of the email to begin the registration process.

→ Validate the Pre-filled Code

You will be directed to a page where a code is already filled in for you. Click on 'Validate' to proceed to the next step.

→ Set Up Your Account

  1. Fill in Your Email: Enter your email address.

  2. Create a Password: Choose a password to secure your account.
    (Click the Information button to view the password policy if needed.)

→ Complete Your Profile

  1. Enter Your Name: Fill in your personal details.

  2. Read and Accept the Privacy Policy: To continue, ensure you review and accept the Privacy Policy.

→ Check Your Email for a Welcome Message

After completing the registration, you will receive an automatic welcome email. If you do not see it in your inbox, check your spam folder.

→ Follow the Instructions in the Welcome Email

  • Download the App: The email will contain instructions to download the app for your smartphone or tablet.

  • Use the Web Link: Alternatively, you can follow the program directly in your web browser using the provided link.


Invitation Code not working?

If the invitation code doesn’t work or you encounter errors, try the following:

  1. Use a different browser: Sometimes, browser settings can interfere with the validation process.

  2. Try Incognito mode: Open an incognito or private browsing window to bypass potential issues caused by cached data.

  3. Clear your cookies and cache: Clear your browser’s cookies and cache to ensure no old data is causing the issue.
