How to assign an HR Form to a user

Learn how to assign an HR Form to a user through invite methods or existing user method.

Overview

You've created templates with various sets of questions and now want to assign them to new users being invited to the app. This process can be confusing if you're not familiar with the steps involved.

By efficiently assigning these templates, you ensure that new users receive the necessary information and resources right from the start. This not only enhances their onboarding experience but also ensures consistency across your team.


Steps to assign HR Form to a user

To display the form on a new hire’s dashboard, you have a few ways to add it:

Below you can see the steps you can take to add the forms of each of them.

→ Single Invite

When inviting an individual user, you will go through a four page process. The page you add the form is page 3. Here’s how to add a form during this process:

Page 1: Personal Information

Fill in the user’s personal information, such as their name, email address, and any other required details.

Page 2: Course and Group selection

Choose the course and group that the user will be assigned to (if applicable).

Page 3: Assign Manager or Buddy and add a Form

Assign a manager or buddy for the user (if applicable).

This is where you can select a form template to add to their invitation. From the dropdown menu, choose the form you wish to assign to this user.

Page 4: Sending the Invitation

You will reach the last page where you can review the information and send the invitation via email.

→ Open Invite

On the first page, you will find a list of items to fill out, including the form option.

Click on the dropdown menu and choose the form you want to assign.

→ CSV Invite

Choose the CSV option on the invitation page.

On the first page, upload your CSV file and adjust the settings.

Include the group and find the form by selecting them from the dropdown menu.

→ Existent User

Go to User Management and find the user.

Click on their name to open their settings.

Navigate to the Files and Forms page in the left-side menu.

Select the form from the dropdown menu and save your changes.
