Overview
Sending signable PDFs through AppicalNow is quick and secure, thanks to our integration with DocuSign. This feature allows you to upload and send documents to users for electronic signatures, accessible on any internet-enabled device. With simple, guided instructions, your users can complete legally binding signatures for business transactions globally.

An Intermediate API DocuSign account is required for this feature.
β Contact your Customer Success Manager (point of contact) to learn more about integrating DocuSign or AdobeSign to AppicalNow.
Steps to send a signable PDF to users
β Open the Signing Menu
In AppicalNow, navigate to the 'Signing' option in the left menu.
β Select the Recipient
Click on 'Send New' to begin sending a new document.
In the new page that opens, use the dropdown to select the user who will receive the document.
β Upload or Select a Document
Uploading a New Document
Choose Upload file(s) to add a new PDF.
Check Save file as template if youβd like to use the document again.
Click on Upload file and select your PDF from your computer to upload it to AppicalNow.
Using a Template
If youβve saved templates previously, select Select template to choose an existing document.
β Customise Email (if enabled)
If email notifications are active, customize the email that will go to the user.
Enter the Email Subject and Email Body to provide context or instructions.
β Add Additional Recipients
To ensure others receive a copy of the signed document, click Add Recipient.
Enter the Name and Email for each additional recipient.
β Send Document for Signature
Click Send. A DocuSign pop-up screen will open.
Add Signature Fields
Follow the DocuSign guide to add signature fields.
Drag and drop signature, initial, or date fields onto the document.
When finished, click Send.
