Overview
This article explains how to create a quick Group Report directly from the 'Manage Groups' overview in User Management. This feature is useful for administrators who want a simple, consolidated report of all users within a specific group without setting up a detailed or custom report.
Example
For instance, if you manage a training program for a sales team, you can use the Group Report to quickly download information such as the names, roles, and onboarding progress of everyone in that group.
The exported report provides the following details for every user in the selected group:
User ID
First Name
Last Name
Email
Role
First Day
Deactivation Date
Course(s)
Steps to Create a Group Report
β Navigate to User Management
Log in to AppicalNow as an Administrator.
In the menu on the left, select User Management to access the management tools.
β Open Manage Groups
In the User Management section, click on the Manage Groups tab.
Youβll see a list of all groups within your organisation.
β Select the Desired Group
Find the group for which you want to generate a report.
Click the Edit button on the right side of the group.
β Download the Group Report
In the group's details page, locate the blue Download icon.
Click on the icon to start downloading the report.
