User managers and editors can easily send a reset password email to help them regain access. Providing an easy way for users to reset their passwords ensures they can quickly regain access to their accounts, improving their overall experience with the platform.

Steps to send a Reset Password email

Follow these steps to send a Reset Password email.

β†’ Access User Management

Click on 'User Management' in the menu on the left.

Use the search bar to locate the user and click on their name to open their profile.

β†’ Open User Options and Reset Password

Click on the '...' icon located to the right of the user's profile picture.

Select 'Reset password' from the dropdown menu.

Click 'Confirm' to send the password reset email to the user.
