A user can reset their password easily by following the steps described in this tutorial.

However, it's also possible to send the Reset Password email to a user from the User Management section. In case they need a little help you can follow the steps below.

Step 1. Click on User Management in the menu on the left.

Step 2. Search for the user in the search bar and click on their name to open the profile.

Step 3. Click on '...' on the right side of the user's profile picture.

Step 4. Click on 'Reset password'.

Step 5. Click on 'Confirm' if you would like to send the password reset.
