Overview

This tutorial will guide you through the process of adding a follower to a group. A follower is someone who receives regular email updates on the progress and scores of the user or group. You can choose the frequency of the updates: daily, weekly, or monthly.

Example: if you want to keep a manager or HR personnel updated on a new hire’s progress, adding them as a follower will allow them to receive these updates automatically.

Steps to Add a Follower to a Group

→ Navigate to User Management

Click on 'User Management' in the menu on the left side of the screen.

→ Manage Groups

Click on 'Manage Groups' to open the group management interface.

→ Create a Group (if necessary)

If you haven’t already created the group, type the group name in the text field labeled 'Group Name', then click on 'Create'.

→ Select Your Group

The newly created group will now appear on the left side. Click on the group name.

→ Add Follower to the Group

Click on 'Followers' to add a follower to the group.

→ Enter Follower’s Email
