Contextual Content makes it possible to show a new hire solely the content that is of interest to them. Do you have specific content for a country, office or job profile? You can offer new hires a fitting experience with this feature, without creating separate courses. A custom-built onboarding that is still scalable!

How does it work? You can create a global course for example and create a tag per story or chapter. Whether a new hire will see this story or chapter, depends on the tags that are added to his or her profile.

New Users

Follow the exact same steps to invite users through Single Invite, Open Invite or CSV Invite.

  • At Single Invite this only applies to that specific user.

  • At Open Invite this will affect all users that use that Open Invitation code

  • At CSV Invite this will affect all users in the CSV file.

Existing Users

Step 1. Click on User Management in the menu on the left.

Step 2. Search for the user in the search bar and click on the name to open the profile.

Step 3. Click on "Courses' on the user profile and click on 'Manage tags for user' of the desired course.

Step 4. Click on the tag that you want to add to this user. You can only add tags that you have created earlier at course-level.

Awesome! You now know how to add Contextual Tags to users!
