Follow this guide to effectively use the Manager Toolkit:
→ New hire List
In the New hire List, you’ll see all employees assigned to you, along with their onboarding progress and contact details, making it easy to track their journey.
→ Checklist (To do's)
Each new hire has a set of onboarding tasks tied to their start date or first month. To see the checklist access the 'To do's' page in the left menu. Simply check off each item as you complete it, ensuring every new hire gets a consistent onboarding experience.
→ Send a Welcome Message
Welcome your new employee with a customisable message in the 'My introduction' page in the left menu. Your HR team has provided a template that you can personalise to give a warm, welcoming touch.
