There are a few occasions where it could be useful to user progress.

For example:
When a course has changed a lot since the last time that an user completed it and they have to do the course again to stay up to date.

Doing this will delete all saved data from the profile, setting the scores and progress back to 0%.

In this tutorial you will learn how to reset user progress.

Step 1. Click on User Management in the menu on the left.

Step 2. Search for the user in the search bar and click on the name to open the profile.

Step 3. Click on the 3-dots right of the name of the user.

Step 4. Click on 'Reset progress'.

Step 5. If the user is online at the moment that the moment of the reset, they will have to refresh Appical.
