To change the tone of a message using the Text Enhancement feature, follow these simple steps:
Select the text you want to modify by clicking and dragging your cursor over it.
Right-click on the selected text to open the options menu.
In the options menu, you will see the “Change Tone” option. Hold your mouse on it to reveal a dropdown menu with tone options.
Choose from the available tones: professional, casual, straightforward, confident, or friendly.
Once you’ve selected the desired tone, the text will be automatically adjusted to reflect the chosen style. It’s a quick and convenient way to tailor your message to suit your communication needs.
