Overview

Keep your course overview organised by archiving unused courses instead of deleting them. Archiving allows you to hide courses that are no longer relevant while preserving their data for future reference. This makes it easier to focus on the courses currently in use and ensures that archived courses won't appear in user invitations or reports.

How to Archive a Course

Follow these steps to hide an unused course:

  1. Go to 'Courses' in the menu.

  2. Locate the course you want to archive. Click on the hamburger icon (three dots) in the top right corner of the course.

  3. Select 'Archive' and confirm your choice in the pop-up by clicking 'Archive'.

Your course is now archived and will no longer appear in the active course list, user invitations, or reporting.

How to Activate an Archived Course

If you need to reactivate an archived course, here’s how:

  1. Go to 'Courses' in the menu and click on 'Archived' at the top of the page.

  2. Locate the course you want to activate. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the course.

  3. Select 'Activate' and confirm your choice in the pop-up by clicking 'Activate'.

The course will return to the active list and be available for use again.
