📌 Note: We recommend using Google Chrome to ensure optimal performance with AppicalNow.

Overview

The Multi-language feature allows you to make the app available in multiple languages. While the app’s default text—like buttons and labels—automatically adapts to the selected language, you can also translate your custom content. This ensures that every user, regardless of language preference, has a smooth and personalised experience.

Example
Imagine onboarding new hires from different regions. A Chinese-speaking employee can view company policies and training material in Mandarin, while their English-speaking counterpart accesses the same content in English.

📌 Important:

  • Adding a new language sets it to draft status until all content has been translated and reviewed.

  • Course names, stories and chapters must be manually translated.

  • If you want to translate the whole course in a fast way contact your point of contact (Customer Success Manager).

Steps to Set Up Multi-language

  1. Navigate to Courses in the left menu.

  2. Locate the course you want to configure and click the gear icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Click the dropdown next to Add a Language.

  4. Use the existing language to auto-translate all pages.

  5. Translate a single page manually.

Note: If using the Auto Translator, review the generated text for accuracy.
