In this tutorial you will learn how to add a pop up description of glossary items in your text.

It's possible to show the description of a word that you have in your glossary if a users hovers over it with your mouse.

*We recommend to use Google Chrome to ensure an optimal experience when using AppicalNow.

Note: You can only use 1 word

Step 1. Add the word and the description to the glossary of that course. Click here for a tutorial on how to add a word to a glossary.

*Continue to step 2 if you already have the item in your glossary.

Step 2. Navigate to the page where you want to add the word with the the hover-on description. Type the word where you want it and encase it with g:Example:g. In this case my text will look like this: "Look at the sky! It's so g:blue:g!"

Congratulations! You now know how to add a pop up description of glossary items in your text!
