Overview
The Contextual Tags Preview feature enables Admins and Editors to filter and preview content based on tags. This ensures that they can see exactly what Viewers experience when they log in, providing greater control and accuracy in content management. This feature is especially useful for ensuring the correct content is displayed for users based on their assigned tags, such as location, department, or role.
You can filter content such as:
Pages, Chapters, and Stories
Knowledge Items: Glossary, People Finder, Checklist, FAQ
Steps to use Contextual Tags Preview
→ Access the ‘View As’ Option
Click on the ‘View As’ button located in the top-right corner of the screen.
→ Select Tag Categories
A pop-up will appear displaying three categories of tags.
→ Apply Filters
Choose one or multiple tags that you wish to preview.
Example: Select "Amsterdam" to view content specific to users tagged with "Amsterdam."
Click Save to apply the filter.
Result: The editor now displays content visible to users with the selected tag(s). Content without tags will also be displayed as it is accessible to all users.
→ Restore Default View
To reset the view:
Click on ‘View As’ again.
Select ‘Clear’ to remove the applied filters.
The editor will return to displaying all content.
