Who can add users?
There are three roles in Appical that can add users:
Admins
Administrators have full access to all courses, groups, and user settings.
β They can add users to any course, assign permissions, and manage access without restriction.
Editors
Editors can also add users to courses, but their permissions are typically more limited compared to administrators.
β Editors can add users to the courses they have access to, but they cannot manage user access outside of those courses.
User Managers
User Managers can add users to specific groups or courses, based on their permissions.
β This role has limited access and can only assign users to courses they are authorised to manage.
