In this tutorial, you will learn how to add a new knowledge item. There are 6 types of knowledge items: Checklist, FAQ, Glossary, Notification, People and Profile.

*We recommend using Google Chrome to ensure an optimal experience when using AppicalNow.

Step 1. Click on ‘Courses’ in the menu on the left.

Step 2. Next, click on ‘editor’ in the bottom left corner of the course where you want to add a glossary.

Step 3. Click on ‘Knowledge’

Step 5. Choose the knowledge item that you want to add and give your new knowledge item a name.

It can be a bit overwhelming for users to open the glossary for example and see an endless list with words without any layout. Adding Categories makes it possible to group certain words in a glossary or persons in the People Finder.

Congratulations, you've just created a new knowledge item!
