Overview
The Content Export feature allows you to extract an Excel file containing a detailed overview of your organisation’s onboarding content. This includes data such as tags, enabled features, page status (e.g., draft or live), and available languages for each page.
This feature is especially useful for auditing and managing content at a high level. It provides a clear breakdown of all the onboarding material within a course, making it easier to monitor progress, update content, and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
Example
For instance, if you’re managing multiple onboarding programs across different departments, you can use Content Export to view all onboarding materials in one document. This allows you to review which pages are live, which are drafts, and what tags are associated with each module, ensuring that nothing is overlooked.
