As an Admin or Editor, you can control which items are visible to managers when they view a new hire's profile in the manager app. These settings are found in the Editor in AppicalNow, under the Manager Toolkit preset, and are configured through the Manager Toolkit Options.

The Manager Toolkit Options allow you to enable or disable specific sections that managers can see in the new hire detail panel. This gives you full control over what information is surfaced to managers during the onboarding process.

When a manager opens a new hire's profile in the manager app, they see a detail panel with tabs such as Connections, Performance, Checklists, and Feedback & responses. The items you enable in Manager Toolkit Options determine what data and sections appear within these tabs.

When enabled, the Performance tab becomes visible in the new hire's profile. Managers can see the new hire's course progress, including total course progress, completed chapters, completed stories, and completed tasks.

When enabled, managers can filter their list of new hires by course status in the manager app.

When enabled, the Checklists tab becomes visible in the new hire's profile. Managers get an overview of the tasks assigned to the new hire and their completion status, organised by category.

When enabled, essay and Likert scale feedback responses submitted by the new hire are visible to the manager under the Feedback & responses tab.

When enabled, the new hire's personal email address is hidden from managers in the manager app. This is useful when managers should not have access to a new hire's private contact details, for example for privacy or compliance reasons.
