Overview

In AppicalNow, reporting plays a crucial role in understanding how new hires are experiencing their onboarding journey and tracking their progress. Various report types allow administrators to gather insights into user activity, progress, and engagement.

Example:

You want to analyze how a group of users who started together have used the onboarding app, assessing their progress and scores.

All the report options:

  • Single

  • Group / Multiple

  • Custom

  • Scheduled Reports

  • Manager Reports

  • Forms

Differences between the reports options:

This report provides an in-depth look at an individual new hire, tracking their onboarding progress and engagement. It includes:

  • User details: Displays general information such as names, emails, first and last seen dates, total visits, and assigned groups.

  • Evaluations: Provides oversight of all evaluation answers within the course, allowing HR to assess comprehension and performance.

  • Progress & Score: Presents a complete overview of the user's progress percentage and scores per chapter, helping measure engagement and learning outcomes.

  • Essays: Compiles all essay answers submitted by the user for qualitative analysis.

  • Answer Table: Organizes the user's responses to various questions per story, chapter, and page, facilitating a structured review of their learning path.

  • PhotoWall: Displays photos submitted by the user, often used for engagement tracking and onboarding interactions.

  • Checklist: Shows a list of items the user has checked off, reflecting completed tasks or learning milestones.

  • Progress & Score: Summarizes the progress and scores of multiple users, allowing for group performance tracking.

  • Evaluations: Displays evaluation results from multiple users, making it easier to identify knowledge gaps.

  • Conversion: Analyzes the number of invitations sent, accepted, and completed, offering insights into onboarding effectiveness.

  • Activity: Tracks how many users have visited the course, indicating engagement levels over time.
