A Breakdown of Reporting Options
→ Single New Hire Reporting
There are two kind of single new hire reports:
Detailed Report: Provides a comprehensive overview of an individual’s journey, including personal details, progress, scores, essay answers, photos, evaluations, and responses.
Summary Report: A high-level overview containing personal details, progress, scores, and evaluations.

→ Multiple New Hires / Group Reporting
There are two different types of multiple new hire / group reports:
Detailed Report: Lists all users in the group, detailing activity, progress, scores, essay answers, photos, evaluations, and the invitation-to-completion process.
Summary Report: Provides a condensed list with users' activities, progress, scores, and evaluations for easy analysis.

📌 Note: You can access individual reports in group averages
Group reports provide average scores for selected users, but you can also view detailed individual reports for each user.
To download individual data, simply click on the 'Download Individual Full Data Set' button located in the following sections:
Progress & Score
Photowall
Essays
Evaluation
You can download this data in formats like Excel or Images. If you're downloading photos, you'll receive a .ZIP file that contains all the uploaded images.
→ Custom Reporting
Custom reporting lets you choose specific columns to include in your reports, ensuring you only gather the information you need. This feature helps organise your reporting process and focuses on the most relevant data for your analysis.
