Reporting can be a powerful tool, if you know what you're looking for! In this tutorial we will highlight the major differences between the reporting options of AppicalNow.

Single new hire versus Multiple new hires / group
AppicalNow offers two types of reports: reports for single users and reports for multiple users. A single new hire report will yield a report about 1 user at a time. A report for multiple users or group will yield an aggregate report with data about multiple users at once.

Single new hire
There are two kind of Single new hire reports:

  • Detailed: a detailed report contains all information we have about a user. The report includes the user's personal details, progress, score, essay answers, photos, evaluations and answers filled in.

  • Summary: a summary report contains only the user's personal details, progress, score and evaluations.

Multiple new Hires / group
There are two different types of Multiple new hire / group reports:

  • Detailed: a detailed report contains a list with all users in the selection, including their activity, photos, essay answers, progress, scores, evaluations, the conversion from invitation to account to completion.

  • Summary: a summary report contains a list with all users in the selection, including their activity, progress, scores and evaluations.

Download Individual Data
Multiple/Group Reports show the average of the selected users or group. To get insight of all selected users or users in a group, you can download an individual data set in the form of an excel file or in case of photos a .ZIP file that contains all uploaded photos.

To do this, navigate to the relevant tab (Progress & Score, Photowall, Essays or Evaluation) and click on the button that says "Download individual...".
