Overview
In AppicalNow, the User Management section allows you to perform bulk actions to manage multiple users at once.
Bulk actions refer to operations you can apply to multiple users simultaneously, saving time and effort compared to updating each user individually.
With bulk actions, you can:

β Activate Users
π Archive Users
ποΈ Delete Users
This feature is especially useful when onboarding large groups of new hires or cleaning up user lists by deactivating or deleting multiple users at once.
Example:
Imagine you're onboarding a group of re-hired employees who were previously archived and now need access to the app again. Instead of activating each user individually, you can use the Activate bulk action to enable access for everyone at once.

To select the correct users for bulk actions, use the filter option to narrow down your user list based on criteria such as:
Status
Role
Date filters
Course assignment
Group membership
Steps to Perform Bulk Actions in User Management
β Access User Management and Apply Filters
Go to the User Management section.
Click on the Filters button located under the + Add Users button.
In the pop-up filter window, refine your user list using the following options:
Filter Options:
Status: All, Active, Archived, Anonymised, Pending, Invite Pending
Role: All, Admin, Editor, User Manager, Manager, Content + Users, Viewers, Reporter, Content Manager
Filter by Date: First Day, Last Visit, Deactivation Date
Course: All, Not Assigned to a Course, or select specific course names
Groups: All, No Group Assigned, or select specific group names
4. Click Apply to filter the user list.

After applying the filters, click the checkbox at the top of the user list to select all visible users.
Once users are selected, the bulk action options will appear.
β Perform Bulk Actions
Resend Invite
Click Resend Invite to resend invitations to selected users.
π Keep in mind:
The resend will use the same invitation code as the original.
Bounced email addresses (emails that previously failed delivery) will not receive the invitation again. If needed, update the email address before resending.
Activate Users
Click Activate to enable access for selected users, allowing them to log in and use AppicalNow.
Useful when onboarding large groups simultaneously.
Archive Users
Click Archive to deactivate users without deleting their data.
Archived users retain their historical data but cannot access the platform unless reactivated.
Delete Users
Click Delete to permanently remove selected users from the system.
Note: This action cannot be undoneβensure you have selected the correct users before confirming deletion.
