Forgot your password?
Don't worry! you can reset it yourself in just a few steps. A reset link will be sent to the email address currently registered on your Appical account.
Example:
Imagine you're trying to log in on your first day but can't remember the password you set during registration. By clicking 'Forgot password?', you'll receive an email with a link to set a new one — and you'll be back up and running in minutes.
📌 Note:
The reset link is sent to the email address you use to log in to Appical.
If your organisation uses an integration that automatically switches new hires to their work email on their first day, the reset link will go to your work email, not your personal one.
Steps to Reset Your Password
Follow these steps to request a password reset link:
→ Access AppicalNow website
Go to the Login Page and enter your email address.
→ Forgot password button
Press the button 'Forgot password'?
→ Reset Password
Check the email address and press 'Reset password'. A new link will be sent to your email to set a new password.
Didn't receive the reset link?
If the reset link hasn't arrived in your inbox, here are the most common reasons and what to do:
Check your spam or junk folder — automated emails can sometimes end up there.
Check which email address you're using — the link is sent to the most recent email registered on your account. If your organisation uses an integration that switches new hires to their work email on their first day, try checking your work inbox instead.
Contact your Admin — if you're still not sure which email is on file, ask your Admin to check and update it if needed, then request a new reset link.
Contact Appical Support — if you don't know who your Admin is or the issue persists, we'll help you out.
Password Requirements 💡
Remember to set a new password, it must meet the following requirements:
At least 8 characters long
One lowercase letter (a, p, t)
One capital letter (A, P, T)
One digit (1, 2, 3)
