Overview

Duplicating a course in AppicalNow allows you to create an identical copy of an existing course, including all its stories, chapters, pages, and other content. This is especially useful when you want to create a new course similar to an existing one, saving time and effort on starting from scratch.

Steps to duplicate or copy a course

β†’ Navigate to the 'Courses' Menu

Go to the 'Courses' section in the main menu. This is where all your courses are listed.

β†’ Select the Course You Want to Duplicate

Find the course you want to copy. In the top right corner of the course block, click the hamburger icon (three dots) to reveal more options.

β†’ Choose the 'Duplicate' Option

From the menu that appears, select 'Duplicate'. This will allow you to create a copy of the entire course.

β†’ Enter a New Course Name

A prompt will appear asking you to enter a name for the duplicated course. Type in the desired name and click 'Duplicate'.

β†’ Wait for the Course to Duplicate

The course will now begin the duplication process. Depending on the size and complexity of the course, this may take a few moments.

β†’ Refresh and Confirm Duplication

Once the process is complete, refresh the page. If the duplication is finished, the course will no longer be faded, and the 'Processing' text will disappear, confirming that your new course has been successfully duplicated.
