Overview

The Inform push notification allows you to send a one-time message at a specific moment. It’s ideal for sharing important updates, announcements, or event-related information with your users.

With this feature, you can quickly inform users about upcoming activities, reminders, or important changes without needing to link it to their onboarding timeline.

Example

If you want to remind users about an upcoming event, you can send a notification like: "Reminder: Tomorrow at 10:00 AM there is a company meeting. Please make sure to attend!"

This helps ensure users are informed at the right moment and don’t miss important events.

πŸ“Œ Important Note:

  • Inform notifications are sent only once at a specific time

  • Once sent, notifications cannot be edited. To make changes, you will need to delete and recreate the notification

  • For multi-language courses, double-check that all languages are covered.
