The Asset Library includes smart, AI-powered features designed to save you time when managing images and videos. Instead of manually writing tags or alt text for every asset, these features generate suggestions automatically, making your assets easier to find, manage, and keep accessible.

These features are opt-in and may not be visible in your environment by default.
If you don't see them, contact your CSM or reach out to our Support Channel to get them enabled.
Available AI Features
→ Auto-generated Descriptors
When adding descriptive tags to an image, relevant descriptors can be suggested automatically. This makes it faster to tag assets and easier to search for them later in the Asset Library.
How to use it:
Open an asset
Go to the Image Descriptors field, and use the suggestion option to generate relevant tags automatically.
You can still edit or add your own descriptors alongside the suggested ones.
→ Auto-generated Alt Text
Alt text descriptions for your images can be written automatically, saving time and improving accessibility.
How to use it:
Open an asset
Click the configuration (gear) icon, and use the option to generate alt text automatically.
You can review and edit the suggested text before saving.
