Sentence: How to create a new collection in the Asset Library, and how to bulk delete collections you no longer need.
Overview
Collections help you organise your images and videos in the Asset Library. You can create new collections to group related assets together, and bulk delete collections you no longer need to keep your library tidy.
Example: For instance, you could create a collection called "Onboarding Photos" to store all the images used across your onboarding courses.
📌 Important:
You must delete all assets inside a collection before you can delete the collection itself.
Steps to Create and Delete Collections
Follow the steps below to create a new collection, or remove collections you no longer need.
→ Create a New Collection
Navigate to Organisation Library in the main menu and select Assets. Click Create new collection, then name the collection.
→ Bulk Delete Collections
Select any collection to activate the bulk action menu at the top, then choose the collections you want to delete, or use the option to select all empty collections.
