Overview
If you have many assets, especially after migrating to the new Asset Library, you can bulk delete unwanted ones. This helps you quickly identify and remove assets that aren't used in any course page, making cleanup faster and more efficient.
Example: For instance, after migrating from an old asset library, you might have hundreds of unused images. Bulk deleting lets you clear these out in a few clicks instead of removing them one by one.
📌 Important:
You must remove an asset from every page or course where it is being used before you can delete it.
Steps to Bulk Delete Assets
Follow the steps below to delete multiple assets at once.
→ Select the Assets to Delete
Select any asset to activate the bulk action menu at the top of the Asset Library.
→ Delete the Selected Assets
Choose the assets you want to delete, or select all unused assets, then confirm the deletion.
