Sentence: Understand the difference between the Global Collection and Standard Collections in the Asset Library, and when to use each.

Overview

The Asset Library organises assets into two types of collections, Global and Standard, each suited to a different use case.

Example: For instance, use the Global Collection for your company logo and branding assets, and create a Standard Collection for content specific to a single course or department.

📌 Important:

  • Only admins can manage the Global Collection, while Standard Collections can be managed by both admins and editors.
