Steps to Generate Content
→ Accessing AppicalAI
While editing a page, locate and click the ChatGPT button, situated above the Support button on the right.
→ Generating Content
You can either:
Select one of the predefined examples, or
Enter your own custom prompt in the text box provided.
→ Generate Text
Click the "Generate Text" button and wait for the output. This may take a few moments depending on ChatGPT's current load.
→ Handling the Generated Content
Satisfied with the output? Click "Copy Text" to store it in your clipboard for pasting.
Not satisfied? Click "Clear Text", adjust your prompt, and regenerate.
→ Pasting the Content
Paste your copied text into the page editor. You can't edit the generated text directly within the ChatGPT interface — make any adjustments after pasting.
💡 Tips for Better Prompts
A prompt is a brief instruction or question used to guide the AI. For better results:
Start with action words — "create", "write", or "generate" tend to produce clearer results.
Be clear and specific — include all necessary details and context.
Keep it concise — succinct prompts help avoid confusion.
Provide examples or a persona — e.g. ask it to write "as a friendly HR manager" to set the right tone.
Specify format or length — mention word count or structure if it matters.
📌 Known limitation: ChatGPT's knowledge of world events is limited to a fixed training cutoff, so for accurate, up-to-date information about your own organisation, check your own sources rather than relying on generated content.
