Overview
When creating onboarding content for teams across different countries or locations, it's important that content is available in multiple languages. The Auto Translator lets you automatically translate the content of a page into one or multiple languages with just a few clicks, using the translation settings in the course editor.
Example: If your organization has employees in Spain, Germany, and the Netherlands, you can create onboarding content once and translate the page into Spanish, German, and Dutch so new hires can follow the course in their preferred language.
📌 Important: Before translating page content, make sure the required languages are added in the course settings. Only enabled languages are available for translation.

Steps to Translate Page Content
→ Add languages to the course settings
Before translating, make sure the required languages are enabled in the course settings.
Once added, they become available in the page editor.
→ Open the page in the course editor
Go to the course editor.
Navigate to Stories → Chapter.
Open the page where you want to add or translate content.
→ Select the language and add your content
In the language menu, select the language you want to work in.
Add or edit the content on the page.
→ Open the translation settings
Once your content is ready, go to the page options on the right side of the screen.
Click Translate Settings.
Choose whether to translate all languages or one specific language.
Select the source language — this should be the language your original content is written in.
Click the Auto Translator button.
The system automatically generates translated versions of the page content.
