Overview
The Translate feature lets you generate a translated version of your course into any language enabled for your organisation. After choosing a target language, you can either download a blank template pre-filled with your course content and add the translations yourself, or upload a file you've already translated.
This makes it easy to roll out onboarding content in multiple languages without rebuilding the course from scratch for each one.
Example
For instance, if your course "Welkom bij Appical!" is written in English and you need a Dutch version, you can start the translation flow, select Dutch as the target language, and either fill in the translations manually via the template or upload a file your translation team already prepared.
📌 Important:
Make sure your translations file matches the most recent export of the course.
Supported file format: Excel.
